IGNOU Campus Placement Drive Details

Reporting and Registration: Interested candidates are required to report between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM for registration. Latecomers, specifically those arriving after 11:00 AM, will not be permitted to participate.

Pre-Placement Talk: A pre-placement session will commence at 11:00 AM, offering insights into SBI Life Insurance Co Ltd, the job roles available and the offered compensation packages.

Selection Process:

• Group Discussion (GD): Candidates will be assessed on their ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• Personal Interview: A panel of experts will evaluate shortlisted candidates in one-on-one interviews.

The selection process is expected to extend into the evening, and participants are advised to come prepared for a long day.

Positions Available:

1. Unit Manager
2. Business Development Manager

Nature of Employment: Permanent positions are being offered for selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gaining an in-depth understanding of the organization’s products and services.
• Procuring new clients through direct engagement and collaboration between Life Mitras and Certified Financial Institutions (CFIs).

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in sales planning and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Incentives: The fixed Cost-to-Company (CTC) is ₹2.85 lakhs annually. Additional performance-based incentives will also be provided.

Work Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, although preference will be given to candidates with prior sales experience.

Academic Qualification: Applicants must have completed their graduation.

Age Limit: Candidates aged between 21 and 30 years are eligible to apply.

Posting Location: Successful candidates will be placed across various branches in Delhi/NCR.

Career Growth Path: Selected candidates will follow a structured career progression from Apprentice/GST to Sales Executive in different channels, including Retail Agency, Banca, and IA.

2. IGNOU ID card (two copies)
3. Academic records:
   • SSC (10th-grade) mark sheet.

   • Graduation mark sheet and degree/provisional certificate.
   • Post-graduation mark sheet and degree/provisional certificate (if applicable).
4. For experienced candidates: Appointment letter and salary slips for the last three months.
5. Government IDs: PAN card and Aadhar card.
