A lot of students get confused if their degree was to be received this Convocation, were they supposed to apply somewhere or not? To answer that IGNOU’s 38th Convocation is conferring degrees to students who have passed Term End Examination of December 2023 and June 2024 . For students who have passed later examinations (TEE Dec 2024), they will be receiving Degrees next year. If you are someone, who passed an Examination session before December 2023, you can apply for your degree here and receive them in the next Convocation.
